You are eligible for a refund if the product delivered is damaged, wrong product or of poor quality. Refund request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product and rejected products must be shipped back to the vendor unused and/or with delivery pack and all accessories intact before refunds can be processed. You are NOT eligible for a refund if product has been used.
No retunrs will be accepted after 7 day from delivery date.
Some vendors on Ciska marketplace May have a different refund and return policy.
