Dulce de Leche by Arabiyat is a unisex gourmand fragrance released in 2025 as part of the Sugar collection, created by perfumer Julia Rodriguez. It opens with notes of waffle, caramel, and lily of the valley, moves to a creamy heart of jasmine, sandalwood, and milk, and settles into a sweet base of vanilla, tonka bean, and ambergris.
